1、Can the water filtered by jug drunk directly? Can the jug filter hot water?

Answer: If local government requires only boiled water being drunk as different water quality, FineSky fulfills the legal requirement. Make sure water is to be boiled before drinking for the particular group of people with limited immune defence and for preparation of baby food.

2、What should be noted when you use filter cartridge for the first time?

Answer: please clean the jug , funnel and lid with the mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Do not use any abrasive agents or scrubbing sponges, as scratch marks could be left on the water filtering system.

3、How long should the filter cartridge be replaced?

Answer:The service life of the filter cartridge varies according to the location where it is used, as the the quality of the water is not the same somewhere. The capacity of the filter cartridge depends on the hardness of the water. The harder the water, the earlier the filter cartridge will be exhausted. In the case of water hardness around 15-17.8d, FineSky water filtering system has the filter capacity of 120 litres.

4、How to maintain the jug and filter cartridge?

Answer: Please clean the jug with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly in warm water.The limescale may occur in particular on the lid of the FineSky water filtering system through dried water drops .The lime scale can be removed with a commercially available decalcification agent. FineSky recommends boiling the filter cartridge for 3mintues once a week for hygienic reasons.

5、Why are there some fine black particles in the filter water?

Answer: Discard the first filtered water filling and refill the FineSky water filtering system,fine black particles of activated carbon could be flushed out, which are, however ,completely harmless. In this case we recommend to refill the jug and discard the water again until it is clear and free from particles.

6、What main impurity particles does FineSky water pitcher filter?

Answer: In FineSky water filtering system, the drinking water is treated in 4 filtration stages.Stage1:particle filtration; Stage2:Reduction of lime scale and heavy metal concentrations, exchange of calcium through magnesium ions; Stage 3:Reduction of undesirable odours and taste-distorting substances (chlorine)and certain organic impurities .Stage 4:Fine filtration.

7、What is the proper storage of the filter cartridge?

Spare filter cartridges should always be kept in the original packing foil until the filter cartridge is changed and stored in a cool and dry place and may not be exposed to direct sunlight.

8、what is the proper storage when the water filtering system is interrupted?

Answer: If use is interrupted , please keep the water filtering system together with the cartridge in the fridge. In case of interruption of use of more than 2 days(weekends),pour out the first filling and refill the water filter; After a downtime of more than 2 weeks, replace the filter cartridge.

9、How long should be the filtered water used?

Answer:The FineSky filtered water is intended for short-time use. It may not be exposed to direct radiation of the sun,is to be stored in a cool place and not longer than 24 hours; If the filtered water is kept no longer than 24 hours in water, which marks may occur in the jug through the evaporation of water, which can easily be removed through cleaning.

10、What material does the water pitcher made of?is it safe?

Answer:All the materials of FineSky water pitcher are made of food grade SAN, do not contain BPA,it guarantee people’s health.

Humidifier FAQ
1、Does the humidifier has filter function?

Answer: yes, it does. The aim of Nano-Silver Anti-Bacterial Ion Water filter is to filter the impurities and limestone, and then the filtered water flows into the bottom of humidifier. If you don't wish to use the filter, it can be removed by turning it counter-clockwise and take the Nano-Silver filter out and place the removed Nano-Silver into a plastic bag after dry it and then put it in a carton for safe keeping.

2、How much water does the Nano-Silver filter works?

Answer: For Chinese environmental water quality, it is able to filter about 400 liter water and its life cycle is about 3 months with 80 times for full water tank.

3、Which problem should be noted when use Nano-Silver filter?

Answer: Nano-Silver filter should be replaced every 3 months and it should be used constantly. The appliance should be dry after immersed or the inner drop on Nano-Silver filter will clot that will effect next use.

4、Will it auto remind when water tank in humidifier dry up?

Answer: Yes, it will. You will hear a beep in humidifier; meanwhile, The indicator of No water will light on the panel with the fan blowing in about 2 minutes, and then the product auto power off. Please just add water but don't press any button, the product will restart soon.

5、What problem should pay attention when pour more water into the water tank?

Answer: Please make sure strictly follow up the instruction to pour out water to the right drainage hole on the base, if operate opposite direction, it might make water poured into the internal to cause damage to the appliance.

6、How to transform cool/warm mist mode?

Answer: Press the Sterilization button to switch on the warm/mist function. Water will be heat up to 80°C, and press the button again to switch off the warm mist function and return to the cool mist function.

7、Why does the mist still warm after transform from the warm mist function to the cool mist function?

Answer: Because when warm mist function transforms to cool mist function, the water has been heated up to 80℃ and then flow into the base, the heated water has not been misted completely or the mist will become to be cold mist finally.

8、How to transform between micro mist mode and normal mist mode?

Answer: If you want to set the function of micro mist, turn the mist nozzle to the micro mist;if you want to set the function of normal mist, turn the mist nozzle to the normal mist.

9、what kinds of mode does the humidifier has?

10、what is the indicated humidity level?

Answer: The filter of dehumidifier can be cleaned by water or dust collector. It should be installed back after dry at a draft if cleaned by water.
